Bush Cycles

31/03/2023 - Bush Cycles - our young kids learnt all about decomposers today. We investigated through the leaf litter in search for some critters that help with decomposition and learnt about why they are such an important part of the ecosystem. The kids used their magnifying glasses to look at a scorpion, millipede, centipede, bush cockroach and fungi. We learnt about compost worms and made a mini worm farm to take home. It has been such a wonderful term with you all, we can’t wait to have you back again.
